What we do:

We can do all the work for you! Our professional staff will estimate, prepare, advertise, record, clean out and clean up your estate. We are flexible and offer as little or as much help as you require. We can do 1, 2 or 3 day sales to liquidate your estate. Clean out everything or leave that to you.

Walk Through:
We will take a tour of your home and compile a basic inventory of your items. This can take 1 to 3 hours. A fee may apply.

Prepare:
Our staff will unpack, organize, display and price all of your items. We provide tables if necessary. Photos will be taken for online advertising. We can add items to your sale if necessary to make it more inviting.

Advertise:
Your sale will be professionally advertised in local papers, online, in our store, and on our web site. Our attention getting signs will be put up where permitted as well.

Records:
All sales are recorded in duplicate receipt books. A transcribed list can be provided to you within one week of sale if desired.

Items left:
We will remove any valuable items that do not sell in estate sale to consign in our shop at no charge. We will pack up and donate usable items to local charities and provide you with tax deductible receipt. Charges may apply.

Clean up:
We will order, fill and remove dumpster with items to be disposed of. Charges will apply accordingly. Dumpster and dump fees will be additional. Scrap metal will be removed at no charge.
